After the death of Hudson the Great, his apprentice, Amber, rises to power in the small island nation of Yadout. Claiming the throne she quickly establishes her close friend, Deany, as Scholar in order to record her reign as the Lady Mayor. Soon it becomes apparent that her reign may not be as lengthy as she had hoped as troublesome neighbours, an unexpected stranger and even Deany's brother take a keen interest in Yadout's throne.
The Chronicler of Yadout is a free fantasy novel with new content every monday and is powered primarily by donations. Return every week for a new chapter in the life of Deany, Amber and the Citizens of Yadout!
